개인정보 처리방침

KTX 예매 사이트 · 시행 2026년 10월 12일

강릉 ITS 세계총회 조직위원회는 총회 참가자 KTX 예매 사이트(itswc2026-ktx.pages.dev)에서 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

01처리 목적
참가 등록 확인, KTX 좌석 배정, 좌석 안내 메일 발송, 열차 안 탑승 확인
02처리 항목

참가 등록번호, 이름(영문·국문), 등록 이메일, 국가, 예매 내역(탑승일·열차·좌석)

잘못된 시도를 막기 위해 접속 IP를 기록하며, 24시간 뒤 자동으로 지웁니다.

03수집 경로
총회 참가 등록 때 동의받은 등록 정보, 예매할 때 직접 입력하신 정보
04보유 기간
총회가 끝난 뒤 2026년 10월 31일까지 모두 삭제합니다.
05국외 보관
받는 곳Cloudflare, Inc. (미국 법인) 보관 국가싱가포르 항목02의 항목 전체 시기·방법예매 사이트를 이용할 때 암호화된 인터넷 통신으로 전송 목적·기간예매 사이트 운영을 위한 데이터 보관 · 04의 기간까지 거부국외 보관을 원하지 않으시면 예매하지 않으실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 총회 전용칸은 이용하실 수 없습니다.
06제3자 제공
하지 않습니다.
07정보주체의 권리
예매 페이지의 '예매확인'에서 내 예매를 조회하고 취소할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 열람·정정·삭제는 아래 문의처로 요청해 주세요.
08안전 조치
암호화 통신(HTTPS), 비밀번호로 제한한 관리자 접근, 꼭 필요한 항목만 보관

Privacy notice

KTX booking site · Effective October 12, 2026

The Gangneung ITS World Congress Organizing Committee processes personal information on the participant KTX booking site (itswc2026-ktx.pages.dev) as follows.

01Purpose
Confirming your registration, assigning KTX seats, emailing your seat details, and checking boarding on the train
02Data

Registration number, name, registration email, country, and booking details (date, train, seat)

To prevent misuse, we record IP addresses of failed attempts and delete them automatically after 24 hours.

03Source
Your Congress registration (collected with your consent) and what you enter when booking
04Retention
All data will be deleted by October 31, 2026, after the Congress.
05Storage abroad

You can view and cancel your booking under 'My booking' on the booking page. For other requests to access, correct or delete your data, please contact us below.
08Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected admin access, and only the data we need
